Thanks for coming to Edible Times!  It is an online chronicle of culinary discoveries – both minimal and monumental.  Here at ET you’ll find an emphasis on the following:

-Ratios (instead of recipes)
-Techniques (as opposed to tallying teaspoons for tastiness)
-Healthy, crowd-pleasing food
-Tasty, crowd-pleasing beverages
-Self-deprecating humor
-My dog Sadie (she’s pretty cute and loves food, too)

As for me, I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, worked  at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro in Napa Valley, played the Witch’s Mother in the musical Wicked, covered the news for Fox 4 in Southwest Florida and earned one of those Bachelor’s degrees in Media Studies from Florida State University… Go Noles!
